Precious Poms & Persians Sales Contract
by coming to this website and or purchasing or leaving a deposit it is your responsibilty to read all of the content on this contract and abide by it.
Buyer of Pom/ Persian understands that the quality show / pet & size cannot be guaranteed. We give you our best judgement on the size & quality only. Pom/ Persians have a 48 Hr guarantee. To my knowledge the animal is in good health and there are no congenital defects that have not already been discused. The new owner has 2 days to return the animal with a sighned statement from your veterinarian if you beleive the animal to be sick. We will either return the animal to you in well condition or exchange the animal for one of equal value if available. No refunds will be given under no circumstances. Your deposit is non transferable to another Pom/Persian if you for what ever reason change your mind and decide or cannot purchase the animal. by backing out of said original agreement you are forteiting your deposit. However you are responsible for any veterinary bills you might incur during or after the 2 day period. Sale of Pom/ Persian is contingent upon the conditions to be performed by the breeder and the buyer hereinafter set forth. Purchaser must understand that this is a toy breed and some tiny puppies require constant care and feeding, puppies & kittens need to eat every 3-4 hrs. We guarantee our dogs & cats against, luxating patellas, Hydrociphalic puppies, and congenital life threatning illnesses. it is your responsibility to ensure your puppy & kittens health, by preventing, diarrhea, Hypoglycemia, and so forth, you are responsible for your pets care and need to take it to your Veterinarian.
IT IS AGREED THAT AT NO TIME WILL THE NEW OWNER SELL OR GIVE THIS ANIMAL TO A PETS TORE, A PUPPY MILL, A DOG POUND, A BROKER OR ANY SIMILAR ENTERPRISE. THE BREEDER WILL BE NOTIFIED IN THE EVENT THE NEW OWNER NEEDS TO FIND A NEW HOME FOR THE POM/PERSIANS FOR POSSIBLE PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE. BUYER AGREES THAT THIS POM/PERSIAN WILL BECOME A MEMBER OF THE FAMILY TO ASSURE PROPER DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE TEMPERAMENT FOR WHICH THIS POM/PERSIAN WAS BRED. THE BUYER AGREES THAT THIS POM/PERSIAN IS NOT TO BE LEFT IN A BACK YARD KENNEL OR LOCKED IN A SMALL ROOM. BUYER AGREES SELLER WILL REPOSSESS POM/PERSIAN UPON EVIDENCE OF NEGLECT AND/OR ABUSE OR BREAK CONTRACT AT NO EXPENSE TO THE SELLER. BUYER WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LEGAL AND TRAVEL FEES DEEMED NECESSARY TO REPOSSESS THE POM/PERSIAN.
I will provide to the new owner or buyer a health record of vaccines and de wormer, and a certificate or application for the pet to either one of AKC, CFA, or ACFA for registration if being sold as a breeder or show. No registration will be given for pets.
Registration for all Poms/Persians will be limitted, other wise sold as pets with no registration for some, unless other arrangements have been made prior to payment.
All animals will be spayed or neutered unless prior arrangements have been made . this will be done between 4- 8 months of age.
If applies, Buyer or new owner must include the kennel and or cattery name "Precious "when registering the animal following any chosen name. You can not change the written name once it has been registered. this applies if it is being sold as a breeder or show quality if applicable.
If applies, To make sure you are in compliance with the name registration. A copy of your pom / persians AKC, CFA, or ACFA will be mailed to the breeder once pet has been registered.
We will have our veterinarian check your puppy/kitten at least once and usually twice, before you receive
him/her. We guarantee your puppy/kitten to be free of serious, life-threatening, genetic abnormalities. If there are any
minor, breed related, treatable, or correctable conditions, we will do our best to inform you before you
receive your puppy/kitten. These are not covered by the guarantee. Also, environmental conditions are not
covered.
We request that you see your veterinarian within 2 days to confirm that your
puppy/kitten is healthy. This health check is for your benefit and it is your choice
to do so or not. If your veterinarian finds a problem that is life-threatening,
you must contact us immediately. If you wish, at this time, to receive a replacement
puppy/kitten, we require that you obtain statements from two unrelated veterinarians.
You must return the affected puppy/kitten to us and when a puppy/kitten is available, you
will receive a replacement puppy/kitten. There are no refunds.
After your vet has determined that you have received a healthy puppy/kitten,
we will honor a 1 yr guarantee. With out a copy of your puppy/kittens exam sent to us.
We have no way to guarantee a puppy/kitten beyond this
time. There are too many factors that we have no control over when the
puppy/kitten leaves our home. If
there are any life-threatening, non-treatable genetic abnormalities
that your puppy/kitten was born with, they will be
evident by this time.
We hope you have thought about the responsibility you are taking on with the addition of a puppy/kitten to
your home. This puppy/kitten will be dependent on you for all his/her food, care, love and shelter.
Deposits are a minimum of $100. I will hold your pet until the time agreed upon. Should you fail to contact me to make further arrangements, the sale of the animal will be null and void and the pet will be advertised as available Pom/ Persian will be picked up or shipped when full payment has been received.
Shipping is available the cost is $250-$300 for most states, poms / persians will be shipped no earlier than 8 weeks. the cost includes the flight, health certificate, vet check,and a carrier,
AND FINALLY... BUYER AGREES THAT HE/SHE UNDERSTANDS THIS CONTRACT FULLY, AND THAT THIS CONTRACT IS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA, IN THE COUNTY OF MARICOPA. IT IS AGREED THAT THE PLACE OF VENUE SHALL BE PHOENIX, AZ.
